- Clean the linear encoder.
The problem may be due to reading errors in the linear encoder scale.
* Perform the following tasks after shutting down the main power.
(Be sure to shut down the main power to prevent any risks associated with sleep cleaning, etc.)
Check for any dirt or debris on the linear encoder scale and clean it using a cotton swab or cloth soaked
in disinfectant-grade ethanol, IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) (*1), or similar.
Please be careful not to damage the linear encoder scale during cleaning.
(*1): Ink-specific cleaning solution is not suitable for use.
After cleaning, please ensure that the liner encoder scale is not detached from the holder.
